About

Busy Girl Nutrition was created from a simple observation I kept seeing in the hospital and in my experience of private practice: many of the patients/clients I saw for nutrition-related concerns were hard working, busy women — late nights after work taking care of the kids, days at the office, long stretches on their feet, unpredictable schedules, and very little time to focus on themselves. They felt inflamed, consistently fatigued, and could never figure out why the scale was not budging. As someone who also serves in a bar while working in a hospital, I understand firsthand how chaotic and exhausting work can be- especially when you feel out of control with your nutrition.

I started Busy Girl Nutrition to bridge that gap. My goal is to give women with busy careers the opportunity to learn how to support their health and wellness in a way that actually fits their reality — not a perfect schedule, not an ideal day, and not a one-size-fits-all plan. Just realistic nutrition that takes messy, busy, ever-changing life into account.

Busy Girl Nutrition is a space where you can learn how to fuel your body, take care of yourself, and build sustainable habits — even when your hours are irregular, your breaks are unpredictable, and your energy is all over the place. You deserve accessible, practical nutrition guidance that meets you where you are.

Because your nutrition should work with your health, not against it.
